Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit chandiane.com or join our list, why, and the choices you have. CHANDIANE is a brand in development. Our mailing address is 9838 Old Baymeadows Rd, PMB #109, Jacksonville, FL 32256, and you can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address and your consent to hear from us, including when and on which page you gave it.
- How you found us, if the link you followed carried campaign tags (for example, which post or ad).
- Email activity: whether you open our emails and which links you click, which Klaviyo records for us.
- Technical data: like any website, our host processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
- Basic visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
We don't collect payment details. Nothing is for sale yet.
Why we use it
To send you launch news and invitations to pre-order, and to understand which posts bring people to the site. We email only people who confirm their address.
Who we share it with
We use two service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and visit statistics) and Klaviyo (our email list). They process your information on our behalf and only to provide those services. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we decide not to launch, we'll delete the list within 12 months of that decision.
Your choices and rights
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states), you may have these rights by law. We'll answer within 45 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
- We don't sell your information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we'll ask first and treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. We don't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because we don't track you across other sites.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If we start using your information in a new way, we'll ask first.
